SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

Should a court strike out one clause here, everything around it carries on untouched. And the struck clause itself keeps whatever force the law still allows it.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION

Whatever was already owed on the day it ends does not disappear with it.

From your side, walking away from the Website and telling us so is enough to close it.

Where you have broken these Terms, we can bring this Agreement to an end right away. Any outstanding obligations before the date of termination will remain valid. Shutting off your access to the Services is another step open to us.

SECTION 20 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

There's a special feeling that comes with finding a piece that becomes part of who you are. At Outfitted, we want every order to bring that quiet sense of rightness. And if it doesn't, we'll happily make things easy.

Our return window From the day your package arrives, you have 60 full days to send something back.

Condition of returned items Returned pieces should be unworn and unused, in their original condition, and sent back with the original packaging.

No restocking fees No restocking fees, ever — the amount you paid is the amount that finds its way back to you.

How to start a return Send a note to info@outfitted.shop with your order number, and one of our team will reply with the next steps and the return address.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are paid by the customer; we'd warmly suggest a trackable service. Should an item arrive faulty, damaged or not as described, the return is on us and you'll receive a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges Prefer a different size or color? Let us know in your return email and we'll do everything we can to organize an exchange for you.

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 7 business days, always to your original payment method; your bank may need a few extra days to settle the funds.
