How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order within 1–2 business days and delivery across the United States takes another 3–7, so most packages arrive within 4–9 business days, Monday to Saturday. As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partner, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way home.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every Outfitted order ships free. No minimum spend, no surprise conditions. We simply believe getting your package should feel easy.
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind, no problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just send a note to info@outfitted.shop and we'll walk you through the process. Return shipping is arranged by you, unless a piece arrived faulty, damaged or not as described — in that case it is on us and you get a replacement or a full refund.
