There's a special feeling that comes with finding a piece that becomes part of who you are. At Outfitted, we want every order to bring that quiet sense of rightness. And if it doesn't, we'll happily make things easy.
A 60-day window From the day your parcel arrives, you have 60 full days to send something back. Plenty of time to try things on, see how they sit alongside your wardrobe, and decide what stays.
Condition of returned items To keep things fair, returned pieces should be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Sent back with the original packaging
No restocking fees, ever.
How to start a return Returns at Outfitted begin with a quick email. Send a note to info@outfitted.shop with your order number, and one of our team will reply with the next steps and the return address.
Return shipping Return shipping costs are looked after by the customer. We'd warmly suggest using a trackable service so you have peace of mind while your parcel makes its way back to us.
Exchanges Prefer a different size or colour? Just say the word. Let us know in your return email and we'll do everything we can to organise an exchange for you.
When your refund arrives Once your return reaches our team and has been inspected, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. After that, your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to settle the funds back into your account.
