Delivery costs are entirely on us, with no surprise charges at checkout and no fine print to read twice. Every order is prepared with care before it leaves our hands and heads your way.

How long it takes Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days.

Our daily cut-off The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM CET, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after that time begin processing the next working day.

Tracking your order As soon as your parcel is on its way, a confirmation email with tracking details lands in your inbox so you can follow its journey home. We always aim to deliver on schedule, though now and then a delay can happen, especially during busy seasons or because of weather or logistical hiccups. When that occurs, we'll keep you posted so nothing comes as a surprise.
